Orders placed before 11:30 am EST usually ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 usually ship the business day after they were placed. For North American orders, express shipping usually takes from 2 to 6 business days, regular shipping usually takes between 3 and 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that international (outside Canada) orders must pass through customs, which can sometimes add a delay.
