|
3-MMC | None | A stimulant similar in structure to 4-MMC (mephedrone). |
4-Methylmethylphenidate | None | 4-Methylmethylphenidate is a stimulant related to, but less potent than methylphenidate (Ritalin). |
5-APB | Fast reaction. It's recommended to use Froehde to differentiate between 5-APB/6-APB and MDMA. You'll see more of a purple color with Froehde and 5/6-APB compared with black for MDMA. 5-APB is an empathogenic psychoactive drug that has been associated with a number of deaths. The effects are reportedly similar to MDMA. The pharmacology and toxicity of 5-APB are not fully understood. |
|
5-MeO-DMT | 5-MeO-DMT is a psychedelic found in several plant species and in the Sonoran Desert toad. 5-MeO-DMT is a DMT derivative that has been shown to have the potential to reduce anxiety, depression, and PTSD. |
|
6-APB | Fast reaction. It's recommended to use Froehde to differentiate between 5-APB/6-APB and MDMA. You'll see more of a purple color with Froehde and 5/6-APB compared with black for MDMA. 6-APB is an analog of MDMA and MDA, often mis-sold as MDMA. 6-APB is reported to have a longer onset and duration. |
|
AL-LAD | None | Similar effects and potency to LSD, with possibly a slightly shorter duration. |
Amphetamine | None | Our testing shows some fizzing but no color change with amphetamine and Froehde. For general information about amphetamine, please see the amphetamine info page. |
Aspirin | Aspirin is a commonly used anti-inflammatory. Due to its availability, Aspirin is useful for drug testing purposes to verify whether or not analytical reagents have expired. |
|
Benzocaine | None | Benzocaine is used to treat pain, and is an ingredient in numerous pharmaceuticals for other purposes. |
BZP | None | BZP (Benzylpiperazine) is a stimulant that produces effects similar to amphetamine. |
Caffeine | None | Caffeine is a widely consumed stimulant found in dozens of plant species, and can have both negative and positive health effects. |
Cocaine | None | Common cocaine adulterants in a sample can be identified with a cocaine cuts test kit. The purity of a cocaine sample can be estimated with a cocaine purity test. For general information about cocaine, please see the cocaine info page. |
Codeine | ||
Creatine | None | Creatine is a bodybuilding supplement. It's known to be mis-sold as cocaine and other drugs. |
DMT | Slow color change to yellowish. DMT (or N,N-DMT) is a psychedelic found in many plant and animal species. When smoked, effect onset is rapid (20 - 40 sec.) and duration is relatively short (approx. 5 - 20 minutes). DMT isn't considered to be addictive or toxic, but can have unpredictable adverse reactions, especially among those susceptible to mental disorders. |
|
DXM | None | |
Ephedrine | A slight color change to greenish yellow. Ephedrine is a stimulant and is similar in chemical structure to amphetamines and is a methamphetamine analogue. |
